We didn't think that was good enough, so we built our practice around a single question: how can we make it as easy as possible for people to get the advice they need?
The answer was to provide a genuinely flexible range of options for how you access our services at no additional cost, including appointments:

We made this decision because we believe access to quality legal advice shouldn't depend on how easily you can fit into someone else's schedule or office hours. Meet Our Principal Solicitor

Daniel Armitage-Masi is the Principal Solicitor at Night Owl Lawyers, bringing valuable experience across property law, estate planning, probate & administration, and lending matters to clients throughout Sydney.
Daniel was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce at Macquarie University, majoring in International Business.
Daniel strongly believes that legally correct advice isn't enough, the right solution has to fit the realities of each client's life. He finds that genuinely empathising with clients is the best way to tailor advice to their individual needs and goals, while never shying away from giving firm, honest advice when it's needed.
Daniel's goal in founding Night Owl Lawyers was simple, to provide a genuinely accessible and practical legal service. That's why he makes himself available to clients outside normal business hours, and offers home visits at no additional cost.
